Common errors in common illnesses...
More complaints, more medicines... In fact, this causes poor response even in the chief complaints of a child. Too many medicines frighten even a cooperative child. Always focus on core issues and help your child with good nursing..
Common practices that prolong the disease course like-
1. Bundle of clothes with wrinkled inner wears especially in winters.
2. Too many medicines.
3. Nose block
4. Forced feeding
5. Inappropriate use of heaters
6. High expectations
7. Keeping an unwarranted or unseen fear at the back of your mind.
Coping with your stress and facing it with planning and faith on the doc is the key. It all depends how you take it!

Vomitings are common during cough and cold in young children. It helps them clearing their airways. No need to add anti vomiting medicines to cough prescription until it is recommended by your Doctor...
Cough & cold are viral in nature, there's no need of Antibiotics in the first place.
Symptoms peak on day 3 to 4, it seems tempting to take antibiotic.
Not needed, until your doctor feels necessary.
Do not stress, do not talk much about cough in front of your child as it has psychogenic component also...
Use least medications but provide good nursing to comfort and soothe your child...

These days there's cough wave in young kids. Cough is dry or wet but more important classification is cough with or without breathlessness (or with fast breathing rate).
Cough with fast breathing rate in children is potentially dangerous and often parents miss the seriousness of it...
It requires urgent evaluation with a specialist Doctor.
When a child is having a high breathing rate, it is better to avoid solid food before doctor's advice. It can choke the baby and could be life-threatening.
Give her plenty of liquid but very slowly...
Nebulizers may or may not be effective...
Chances of deterioration is more in smaller children with unmeasured measures.

Major part of childhood illnesses are fever, cold and Diarrhea...
All these illnesses are self limiting and do not require antibiotics in majority of cases.
Most illnesses take 5 to 7 days to recover.
Patience, good examination and good nursing are more important than an antibiotic prescription.
There are no injections or antibiotics which can shorten the course of these infections...

Now it's not difficult to change the behavior of your young child.
Change him with Jazy Taara...
Let's see the plan, how it works ..
1. Show him Jazy Taara' movies for three days.
He will soon be fond of it, in fact addicted to itπŸ˜€
2. Now read Jazy's comic every night with him .
Last page has message "Why Jazy Taara is a nice boy?"
Now write all the changes you wish to bring in your loved one ..
Ex .. Your child does not eat yellow lentils or daal...
Now read Jazy Taara Accha Baccha kyun hai ?
Add one more line .. Jazy Taara loves yellow lentils.
Repeat this each night and see within 4 to 5 days, he will demand yellow lentil ..
Try this, as there is no medicine which can make your child eat yellow lentilπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

It is difficult to change a child the way we wish to change them.
No scolding, no punishment really works as they are innocent and do not have any understanding of consequences of their act.
They can only be taught in a friendly manner and by repetitive feedback to their brain...
Jazy Taara does this exactly, it is part of the behaviour changing communication for kids.

Fever...
These days viral fever tops the list of seasonal illnesses.
Fever is often accompanied by vomitings, reduced food intake, cough and irritability...
With so many symptoms, children are prescribed 3 to 4 medicines.
It is best to concentrate first on reducing fever with medicine / sponging/or with slow intake of glucose water...
As soon as child is afebrile, he starts accepting feeds and vomiting disappears. He becomes playful and accepts rest of the medicine comfortably...
Keep your child afebrile and pass the time of illness easily πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜Š
